The Subtle Green Rewards Program is a loyalty program that offers individuals the opportunity to earn and accumulate reward points ("Points") and be eligible to redeem these points for discounts or other benefits which are offered by Subtle Green ("Sponsor").

By participating in the program you agree to the following:

• To enroll in the program you must create a customer account in the Subtle Green store
• You may receive email notifications related to your activity in the Rewards Program
• Any changes to the Program or these Terms and Conditions that Sponsor makes will be effective immediately. Sponsor may give notice either by updating the Rewards page or via electronic mail
• Your continued participation in the Program means you accept any changes to these Terms and Conditions
• Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of anyone who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify the available rewards, or redemption rates at any time
• Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. All points achieved will no longer be usable after the date of termination
